The Beast

Techniques that are controversial are applied by FBI representative Charles Barker in his efforts to bring criminals to justice, that often border on his uninitiated partner, Ellis Dove. Over the span of the season, Barker is investigated by fellow FBI agents for misconduct. Dove's loyalty for his partner will be contested when internal affairs representative Ray Beaumont (Larry Gilliard) tactics him to acquire information. Dove learns of darker secrets in Barker's past.
