Tatau

Tatau follows Budgie and Kyle, two friends from London that place off to visit the entire world. Ahead of this travel, Kyle gets a Maori-style tattoo to celebrate their ultimate destination: the Cook Islands. Kyle discovers the dead body of a girl tied underwater up when snorkeling into a lagoon. Kyle discovers her corpse has disappeared. But Kyle knows exactly what he saw. Desperate to uncover exactly what happened, Kyle and Budgie find themselves sucked deeper and deeper into a world of Maori myths, symbols, and hallucinatory visions... until finally the complete meaning of Kyle's tattoo has been shown.
