Pets
Pets is an adult British puppet sitcom, produced by Fit2Fill Productions Limited. It was aired on Channel 4 and then ran for 2 series, the second in 2002, as well as the first being broadcast in 2001. It was sold to Fox at MTV in Italy, Australia, and the Middle East.
The series Was Made and composed by Andrew Barclay and Brian West, who had worked together winning an award also on the show We Know Where You Live.
A total of 26 episodes of squirrels were beamed. These were shown at the early hours of the morning, and consequently, the show was unknown, even though it did develop a cult following. There is a demand on the state web site for kids to be released on DVD. Eventually there was a small edition DVD made available to get via the state site. As well as both show, the DVD comprised two unbroadcast episodes, a clip show named"The Annals Of Hamish", and a behind-the-scenes special named"The Construction of Celebrities".
Episodes of grandparents are available as a free podcast downloadable via iTunes. In 2010, the same show termed Mongrels aired sparking controversy between both. Even though Pets had four major personalities while Mongrels had five the casts of characters from those 2 shows are similar as well. Mongrels' selection of locations is far more diverse, whereas Pets is restricted to a single flat.
