Miss Ripley

Miss Ripley is about an orphan named Jang Mi Ri who, like the Talented Mr. Ripley, lies her way through life. It is loosely based on the story of a discredited Dongguk University professor who lied about her educational background. She starts going down a dark path when she tells a simple lie about her education at a job interview. From there, the story of Miss Ripley weaves into the lives of two very important rivals, Jang Myung Hoon and Yutaka, who both work in the hotel business and fall in love with the dishonest main character. Hee Joo, a childhood friend of Mi Ri's who can see through all the lies, makes things even harder.
