Let's Stay Together is an American romantic comedy television series made by Jacque Edmonds Cofer. It premiered on BET. The title of the series refers to the exact same name's Al Green landmark 1972 song. The series premiere attracted 4.4 million audiences. Initially, Soul Food celebrity Malinda Williams was cast in the lead role of Stacy. With Nadine Ellis, she was recast for all those reasons.
On April 20, 2013, BET announced that the series was revived for another season which aired 2-2 episodes starting in January 2012. Because of its second season, Erica Hubbard appeared rarely due to her pregnancy. New cast celebrity Kyla Pratt joined the cast. At the 2012 BET Upfront on April 13, 2012, it was disclosed that the series has been revived for a third season. The third season premiered on March 26, 2013. In April 2013, BET Networks announced the show had been renewed for a fourth season which will premiere in early 2014.
