Kimi ni Todoke: From Me to You

Kuronuma Sawako's classmates entirely misunderstand her. Her shy and kind nature is frequently misinterpreted as evil behavior. This is because of her likeness to the ghost girl from "The Ring," which has earned her the nickname Sadako from her peers. Wanting to make friends and live a regular life, she is immediately drawn to Kazehaya Shouta, the most popular guy in class, whose "100% refreshing" nature earns him Sawako's respect. So, if Kazehaya starts talking to her, there may be hope for the friendships Sawako has always desired. Maybe there's even a chance of romance in her future.
