Agony

Agony is just actually a British sitcom which aired from 1979 to 1981 on ITV. It starred Maureen Lipman like a agony-aunt that was thriving but marriage and whose life would be a tragedy. It had been written Andrew Nickolds, Anna Raeburn, Stan Hey and by Len Richmond. LWT made for the ITV system it. Although a humor, Agony sometimes dealt with conditions which were regarded as taboo during that time such as medication use, racism, abortion, interracial relationships, and swinging, and was the very earliest British sit com to portray a gay couple as non-camp, witty, and intelligent and joyful people.
