A Certain Scientific Railgun

Misaka is a rock sensation in Academy City due to her electro-manipulation powers and wonderfully devastating Railgun projectile move. The techno-metropolis is teeming with supernaturally-powered students known as espers, such as Misaka's flirtatious roommate and best friend, Kuroko. As a member of the Judgment law enforcement team, she uses her teleportation abilities to battle crime alongside fellow agent Uiharu.
