The Sweeney

Based on the'70s UK Television Series, '' The Sweeney is an Authorities thriller from the director of Football Factory. Jack Regan (Ray Winstone), a hardened cop who doesn't play by the rules, is faced with a criminal from his past. Together with sidekick George Carter (Ben Drew aka Plan B) they're put on the event of a jewellery store heist that ends in a killing. However, is that murdering an execution in disguise? Together with the simple fact Regan is having an affair with the wife of this boss and also pressure from his boss, for him to stay out of trouble, it is not likely to become possible.
