Dr. Caine, the murdering dentist by the original movie, has escaped from the mental hospital where he was caught. Hoping to restart a normal lifestyle, he also gets his approach to a quiet town under a false name and takes on the responsibilities of the town dentist Things are beginning to look up for Caine, until the afternoon after he grabs his brand new love in the arms of someone else.
