The Beast And The Beauty

The Beast and the Beauty (Yasuwa minyeo) is a 2005 romantic comedy film from South Korea. It stars voice actor Dong-gun (Ryu Seung-beom) and his blind girlfriend Hae-ju (Shin Min-a), who undergoes surgery to regain her sight. After lying to Hae-ju about his appearance, the hideous Dong-gun opts for drastic measures to alter his appearance, while telling Hae-ju that he will return soon. Meanwhile, Hae-ju meets Joon-ha (Kim Kang-woo), Dong-high gun's school classmate whose appearance matches Dong-description gun's to Hae-ju, and misidentifies him as Dong-gun. As a result of the hilarity, Dong-gun finds himself trying to retain the love of the woman he adores.
