Tadao Ando
An architect who self-taught himself, Tadao Ando presents his vision of a universal architecture that, in his opinion, can only be imagined by someone of Japanese origin. His design, which includes urban complexes, houses, and chapels, incorporates elements of Piranesi drama with meditative areas. In this film, he reflects on the early years of his illustrious career, before to embarking on assignments in Europe and the United States.
