Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie

This international company Shadowlaw's leader, bison, has been looking for the greatest fighter on the planet for ages. It is found by him at Ryu, a wanderer who never stays in 1 place. He does, however, obtain a fix on Ken Pros, an American martial arts champion who studied using Ryu below exactly the same master. Meanwhile, Leading Guile of the United States Army has been forced to team up with Chun Li from China in hopes of putting a stop and apprehending Bison his global ring of crime.
