Shanda's River

Italian horror film made independently. Inspired by vintage Italian horror films from the 1970s and 1980s. Emma travels to Voghera, a small town in Northern Italy, as a lecturer. To investigate the narrative of the witch Shanda, who was assassinated in the early 1800's on the river bank that bears her name. The professor will be enslaved by a magical spell and compelled to repeat the same day indefinitely. Each time she is assassinated, she will begin the day anew.
