Ice Cube returns as Craig Jones, a man from South Central Los Angeles who has a knack for getting in to trouble. Now out, Craig continues to be trying to out smart local bully Debo (Tommy"Tiny" Lister Jr.). After Craig gets the better of Debo Debo is decided to sew Craig in a rematch. Appearing to stay from Debo's way, Craig's daddy decides that it would be a great idea to get Craig to hideout along with his Uncle Elroy and cousin Day-Day in Rancho Cucamonga... but problem seems to get him there also.
