It's funny. The story is about a young scientist in the modern world who, thanks to a magic potion held by the Big Eater, the leader of the dwarves, came from the world of dwarves. Shuflandia, the dwarf kingdom, is in the basement of a library. Only the most obedient dwarfs get to grow big enough to become kings and live in the bigger world. No one wants to go back to Shuflandia once they've been there. Also, in Shuflandia, there are no women.
