Concrete Plans

Five builders are brought together to repair a large old farmhouse high in the lonely Welsh mountains. Tensions quickly simmer between the men and the self-entitled aristocratic homeowner, as well as within the ragtag bunch of men. Dave, a world-weary old timer, and gentle Foreman Bob attempt to maintain order. However, his nephew Steve is swayed by bigot Jim, and the pair develop an aversion to Viktor, a Ukrainian laborer. As the weather worsens and payments fall behind schedule, tempers flare. There is blood spilled. As the blue-collar guys face an ever-darkening spiral of moral choices, Jim makes an extraordinary suggestion.
