Melvin is attacked and chucked into a vat of toxic waste... transforming him into The Toxic Avenger, nj's first superhero! Toxie can be a heart and really a enthusiast with superhuman strength. His intentions would be to rescue profoundly polluted New Jersey, end global heating, and win the heart of the most affluent (blindest) librarian in town - and get home in time for dinner!
