Marcus Williams is a city cop who is forced to work with Minister Samuel Gray to solve a gang-related shooting. As the mismatched couple embarks on their adventure, they quickly learn that the incident is part of a larger plot, and that apprehending the killer means putting an end to a full-fledged gang war. In this buddy cop comedy, Marcus and Samuel realize through the investigation that preserving lives requires learning to work together.
