Dark Blue World

Lt. Franta Slama can be a top pilot in the Czech Air Force who is delegated to train some promising young flier, Karel Vojtisek, and so they become friends. After Nazi Germany invades Czechoslovakia in 1939they possibly reject the authority of their new leaders and retreat to England where they join additional Czech exiles from the RAF. While flying a mission over England, Karel crash lands and happens up on the farm house of Susan, a woman whose husband is in the Navy. Karel so on falls head over heels Susan but, while they have a brief fling, in time Susan decides she prefers the company of their elderly and more worldly Franta. Since Franta and Karel struggle to retain their friendship.
